Localized Fat Treatment

Localized fat is one of the most common body complaints, and even people with appropriate weight or good habits may have persistent accumulations in regions such as abdomen, flanks, back, arms and double chin.

Tratamentos disponíveis:

Cutting‑edge technologies

We use equipment that works deeply in adipose tissue, promoting fat cell breakdown (lipolysis), improved firmness and collagen stimulation. Among the available options:

Injectable body treatments (lipolytic enzymes)

Enzymes for localized fat are compounds that promote selective fat breakdown and accelerate metabolism. They are applied directly to accumulation areas safely, with precise technique and medical supervision. An excellent alternative for regions such as double chin, lower abdomen, flanks and saddlebags, with progressive and highly satisfactory results.

Body biostimulators

When localized fat is accompanied by sagging, we combine biostimulators such as poly‑L‑lactic acid or hydroxyapatite to promote firmness, skin thickening and improve texture in the treated region, ensuring an even more complete result.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many sessions are needed to see results?

The number of sessions varies depending on the technology and individual response. On average, 3 to 5 sessions are recommended, with monthly intervals. Injectable treatments like enzymes tend to show improvement from the second or third application.

Does enzyme treatment hurt?

The procedure is well tolerated. We use fine needles and, if needed, topical anesthesia. There may be slight burning during application and localized sensitivity for 1 or 2 days.

Is there a risk of fat returning to the treated area?

Removed fat cells do not regenerate. However, poor diet or inactivity may lead to accumulation in other areas. That’s why results last longer when combined with healthy habits.

Can fat and sagging be treated simultaneously?

Yes. We combine body technologies with lipolytic effect and biostimulators to treat fat and stimulate collagen at the same time, delivering a firmer, more uniform and complete result.

Is recovery time required?

Treatments are minimally invasive and do not require downtime. Mild swelling or bruising may occur in treated area, resolving within a few days.

What’s the best treatment for me?

It all starts with a personalized medical evaluation. During the consultation, we identify fat type and presence of sagging and design a treatment plan tailored to your body.
